| Purchasing |
 As
a leading "turn-key" manufacturer
for the Oil and Gas Industry, we have developed preferred vendor relationships
with industrial suppliers of raw materials including; pipe, tubing, bar
and flat sheet stock.These preferred vendors also provide us with more exotic materials such as MP35, Inconnel, Beryllium Copper and Titanium alloys. SInce we purchase raw stock in large quantities we are able to negotiate lower prices. Our preferred vendors can supply us with raw materials for almost any project. |
| Machining |
 Our
machining capabilities and capacities are designed to meet both; extreme
design and high volume considerations. We offer up to 9-axis (5-axis
simultaneous) machining with large part high volume capacity.Pictured on the right are a number of connector, eccentric, reducer and end subs we manufacture for the Oil and Gas Industry. Many were machined before we acquired the newer multifunction machining centers we now have available. We laser machine tubing or pipe up to 30ft long by 6.25"ø on our 7 rotary laser machining systems. We also have production capacity for laser machining up to 8' x 4' x .875 " thick sheet or plate stock (mild steel). Our 3 dimensional laser machine has the ability to machine complex geometries such as unibody housings, formed and spun components. We continue to expand our CNC multi-axis multifunction machining capabilities to provide our customers with extreme machining capabilities at at a reasonable cost. |
| Manufacturing |
 We
provide "turnkey manufacturing" for many of our customers.
Our professional staff are able to take an order, purchase raw materials,
machine, fabricate , warehouse
and ship anywhere in the world with marked efficiency. Since we purchase
raw materials in large quantities, we are able to negotiate preferential
pricing.Pictured to the right you see one of our skilled welders assembling charge carriers for perforating guns. Our welding shop also has the ability to robotically weld 3 dimensional assemblies. Being in business for more than half a century, we are focused on what we do best. We offer most machining services you will ever require, but we also have a number of strategic partnerships with companies that provide services we do not, such as metal finishing (anodizing, plating, vapor deposition, metal coating and painting). These partnering companies also specialize in timely quality services and are vital to our "Turnkey Manufacturing" provision. Quality is so well controlled that some of our long term customers waive or reduce incoming inspection upon receipt, saving production cost. |
| Warehousing |
 The
Almeda complex has roughly 130,000 square foot of pipe yard for staging
raw materials.Some of our customers prefer to manufacture product ahead of time, have us warehouse it and ship on demand to any location worldwide. We have ample indoor warehouse space to offer that security. Pre-Demand Manufacturing and Warehousing avoids costly downtime such as the Oil Industry experiences when a Rig is idled, waiting on equipment. |

 We
are strategically located in far South Houston,
right off of the Beltway 8. Our facilities have been designed for easy
access by truck. Our location is near main arteries into and out of Houston in all directions such as; Interstate 10, Interstate 45, highway 288 and more.
