Almeda Complex
We are conveniently located in Houston Texas, the heart of the Oil and Gas Industry in the USA. Our Almeda complex is located in South Houston at the intersection of Almeda Rd. and the South Beltway 8, near the Port of Houston, one of the world's largest shipyards. Close proximity to a world class shipyard facilitates timely product dispatch to anywhere in the world, enhancing our quality turnkey manufacturing business model. In recent history our Ameda Complex has grown to 3 buildings, accommodating our large scale, large run machining expertise and our warehousing and shipping services. ALmeda Facility - Building 1

Multiple large capacity CNC machines, including 7 custom rotary laser machining centers and a high speed large capacity flatbed laser machining system are located in this building. The shop floor is specifically designed for efficient large product throughput. This building is also home for the main offices.
ALmeda Facility - Building 2


The second building at the Almeda facility is home to engineering and programmers offices, multi-axis multifunction machining centers, a 3D 7-axis laser machining center, warehousing and a complex half-acre automated multi-machine tubular product manufacturing system. This system is one of the more advanced tubular goods processing systems in existence. The facilities expansion includes an additional 80,000 square foot of concrete slab being used for raw materials storage and staging. The additional pipe yard provides a sizeable increase in materials storage capacity.

We recently completed construction of a third building at the Almeda facility which is currently being used primarily for receiving, warehousing and shipping.
