The Okuma Multus-B400 is a general purpose multi-function machining center
designed to reduce set up time and tooling requirements by
eliminating repetitive fixturing to improve accuracy and keep unproductive
time to
a minimum.
It features the industry’s first Collision Avoidance System software
which can run the entire machining simulation and catch potential collisions
before
they create scrap or cause downtime.
This versatile mill turn center is capable of high accuracy in a normal
shop
floor
environment without climate control.
This performance is partially due to Okuma's patented
Thermo Friendly Design built into both the machine structure and the
spindle.
